You may have come across an error message that says something about a Proxy Error, a Bad Request, or an Invalid URL. This may have happened either on or off campus.

The solution to such an error message is to either clear the cache in your browser (See this link for instructions for all major browsers), try incognito mode in your current browser, or to try another browser.
